The Chelsea 878 Series Power Take-Off, part number 878XFFJP-M3XV or 878XFFJPM3XV, is a constant mesh PTO designed for Allison and CAT 10-bolt transmissions. Built on the proven 877 Series platform, the 878 Series delivers up to 670 lb-ft of torque in continuous duty operation across nine speed ratios spanning low and high ranges. The ductile iron bearing cap is 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap improves clamp load while reducing the vibrational effects of modern engine designs. Rotatable cast-iron flanges reduce interference clearance issues, and driveline outputs feature a positive stop to eliminate oil seal damage. A hose is included.
