The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8B-U6809-S1PX or CS8BU6809S1PX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO built for demanding hydraulic applications. It accepts 19 transmission input gears, covering most popular automatic and manual transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the flanges rotate to position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drives. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator allows a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
