The Muncie CS8D-S6812-E3SX or CS8DS6812E3SX is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. This PTO covers a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series, through its six transmission input gear options. Direct mount pump flanges accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 patterns, and the rotatable flange design lets you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft configurations are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the unit is in the off position. An optional pulse generator is also available for use with a System Protection Device.
