CS8S-M6509-E3PD Muncie PTO

The Muncie CS8S-M6509-E3PD or CS8SM6509E3PD is a CS8 Series power take-off unit featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift mechanism. It accommodates 19 transmission input gear configurations, covering most popular automatic and manual transmissions including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump options include SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 flanges, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options in keyed and flange types add flexibility for remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position, reducing wear on downstream components. An optional pulse generator is available for use with a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
