The Muncie CS8S-U6809-E1BB or CS8SU6809E1BB is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift design. It covers 19 transmission input gear configurations, making it compatible with a broad range of popular automatic and manual transmissions. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for flexible pump drive installations. Direct mount flanges accept SAE "A", "B", and "BB" pumps as well as DIN 5462 pump faces, and those flanges rotate to position the pump for maximum clearance. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the unit is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
