The Muncie CS8S-U6809-E1CD or CS8SU6809E1CD is a CS8 Series power take-off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift engagement. It accommodates 19 transmission input gear configurations, making it compatible with most popular automatic and manual transmissions. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive applications. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and the rotatable flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents unintended shaft rotation when the PTO is off. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed.
