The Muncie CS8S-U6809-E3IP or CS8SU6809E3IP is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO from the CS8 Series, designed to fit a wide range of automatic and manual transmissions including the Allison 1000 and 2000 series. Direct mount pump options cover SAE "A", "B", and "BB" flanges as well as DIN 5462 configurations, with rotatable flanges that let you position the pump for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types, adding flexibility for remote pump drive setups. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device monitoring of PTO shaft speed.
