The Muncie CS8S-U6809-E4KX or CS8SU6809E4KX is an 8-bolt clutch shift power take-off from the CS8 Series. This PTO covers 19 transmission input gear configurations, giving it broad compatibility across most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges meet SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and each flange is fully rotatable so the pump can be positioned for maximum clearance. Three remote mount output shaft options, in both keyed and flange types, add further versatility for remote pump drive installations. The patented Muncie drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports shaft speed monitoring through a System Protection Device.
