The Muncie CS8S-U6812-P1BX or CS8SU6812P1BX is a CS8 Series 8-Bolt Clutch Shift Power Take-Off designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges are rotatable to allow positioning for maximum clearance, and the unit accommodates S.A.E. "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 pump configurations. Three remote mount output shafts are available in keyed and flange types for versatility in pump drive applications. The patented Muncie drag brake prevents shaft rotation when the PTO is in the off position. An optional pulse generator supports the System Protection Device for PTO shaft speed monitoring.
