The Chelsea 210FMMFP-K442 or 210FMMFPK442 is a hydraulic-shift power take-off from the Chelsea 210 Series, designed for the Ford 10R140 10-speed automatic (TorqShift) transmission on Ford Super Duty trucks. It mounts via a Ford 10-bolt pattern and delivers up to 235 lb-ft (319 Nm) of intermittent torque. The M-ratio gear set runs 46/36 teeth, producing 144% output speed. The 46-tooth spur input gear (MF designator) and internal lubrication system are integral to this configuration.
