The Chelsea 871XJFJW-B5RS is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic shift) Power Take-Off from the 871 Series, designed for Allison transmission applications. This series carries a continuous torque rating of up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty operation. Nine available speed ratios and thirteen output options give this unit a wide application range across fire and rescue, refuse, truck crane, and pumper cleaner vocations. A ductile iron bearing cap rated 117% stronger than gray iron, combined with an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap, addresses the vibrational loads common in modern engine designs. Optional Wet Spline pump flange, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear features are available within the 871 Series, making it the only Chelsea PTO to offer all three simultaneously.
