The Muncie CS8 Series Power Take-Off, part number CS8D-S6809-P3CX or CS8DS6809P3CX, is an 8-bolt clutch shift PTO designed to fit most popular automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Direct mount pump flanges conform to SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and all flanges are rotatable to maximize clearance in tight installations. Three remote mount output shaft options cover both keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Muncie's patented drag brake prevents output shaft rotation when the PTO is in the OFF position. An optional pulse generator is available to allow a System Protection Device to monitor PTO shaft speed. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
