The Muncie CS8S-U6812-E2KX or CS8SU6812E2KX is a CS8 Series Power Take-Off featuring an 8-bolt clutch shift configuration. It accommodates 19 transmission input gear combinations, making it compatible with a broad range of automatic and manual transmissions, including the Allison 1000/2000 series. Three remote mount output shaft options are available in keyed and flange types for remote pump drive flexibility. Direct mount pump flanges meet SAE "A", "B", and "BB" as well as DIN 5462 standards, and those flanges rotate to maximize pump clearance. Muncie's patented drag brake holds the output shaft stationary when the PTO is disengaged. An optional pulse generator supports System Protection Device shaft-speed monitoring.
