Chelsea 281 Series PTO Units
The Chelsea 281 Series is a 10-bolt PowerShift PTO for Allison 3000 and 4000 family automatic transmissions. It is a clutch type PTO with electric over hydraulic shift, available with or without Chelsea's Electronic Overspeed Control, and it is offered with wet spline outputs for longer pump spline life.
The 281 Series is Parker Chelsea's direct replacement for the 280 Series. If the tag on your PTO shows a 280 model number, the 281 with the same remaining model number is normally the current unit. For example, a 280GGFJP-B8RF becomes a 281GGFJP-B8RF. Call us with your full model number and we will confirm it before you order.
