The Fabco ball stud, part number 225-0278 or 2250278, is the upper kingpin ball stud for Fabco steerable drive axles. It seats into the upper end of the steering knuckle assembly and provides the pivot point that lets the wheel-end turn while the axle still delivers drive power. This is a genuine OEM Fabco component, superseding the older part number 225-278.
