The Chelsea 541-MATAXK or 541MATAXK is a rear-mount power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 541 Series, designed for Eaton Fuller transmissions including the Advantage and UltraShift Series. It uses Chelsea's Thrushaft design, which requires only three fasteners for installation with no backlash adjustment.
