The Muncie 8405A-08-P3KX (also listed as 8405A08P3KX) is an 8405 Series power takeoff with an integral 8-bolt mounting pad and integral air shift. The ductile iron housing carries an intermittent torque rating of 225 ft. lb. Speed ratio code 08 is one of three popular ratios in this series, covering the same application range as the TG8S-U6807, TG8S-U6808, and TG8S-U6809 PTOs. The pump mounting flange accepts SAE "B" or SAE "B-B" 2- or 4-bolt configurations, with an optional 1-1/4" output shaft. A drain port and inspection port for backlash adjustment are built into the housing. Call us to confirm proper fit for your transmission and application.
