The Mack shift knob and airline kit, part number 20QE3333A-3764 or 20QE3333A3764, services Mack transmissions equipped with 2- and 3-airline shift knobs. The kit supplies three 10-foot, 3/16-inch airlines in red, black, and blue, plus two 90-degree push-in swivel fittings and one straight push-in fitting for the slave valve ports. Because the fittings are push-in style, installation does not require removal of the slave valve. This matters operationally: over-tightening the original threaded fittings on the slave valve is a known cause of synchronizer damage. The fourth port in the knob is an exhaust port; it can be left open or routed below the cab floor using one of the old lines. The shift knob features a blue thumb button. Nine colored pull ties are included for routing the airlines. Call us to confirm proper fit for your specific Mack transmission application.
