The Chelsea 282GBAJX-V3XD or 282GBAJXV3XD is an 8-bolt PTO assembly from the Chelsea 282 Series, a medium-duty hot-shift line built for continuous-duty applications. It ships with a 1-1/4" round output shaft with 5/16" key and supports both pneumatic and PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation. Intermittent torque capacity runs 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm); continuous torque is rated at 300 lb-ft (407 Nm) -- verify actual rating on the Chelsea application pages for your specific installation. Shaft power is 29 HP (21 kW) at 500 RPM and 57 HP (43 kW) at 1000 RPM. Compatible transmissions include Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other makes. The 282 Series serves aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water truck, and fuel oil delivery applications.
