The Chelsea 892 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 892JAFJW-B3CS or 892JAFJWB3CS, is a hydraulic hot-shift PTO engineered for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD series transmissions, including the 4700. The 10-bolt mounting locates the SAE C output flange to the rear of the transmission, tucking the housing and gear section close to the transmission for improved clearance between the pump and the frame rail. The one-piece main shaft eliminates input splines between the PTO and the output extension, and Wet Spline Technology on the output reduces wear on the PTO and pump shaft in demanding duty cycles. Continuous torque capacity reaches up to 670 ft-lbs, with shaft power rated at 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
