The Chelsea 892UAFJW-B5XS or 892UAFJWB5XS is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO assembly designed for Allison 4700 Series transmissions, mounting via a 10-bolt pattern. The FJ input gear designator covers Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series as well. The 892 Series moves the pump mounting flange to the rear of the transmission, tucking the housing tightly against the frame rail for improved clearance without the need for a separate extension. Its one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines between the PTO body and the output, and the SAE C output flange uses Wet Spline technology to protect the pump shaft under continuous demand. Continuous-duty torque capacity reaches 670 ft-lb; intermittent torque is rated above 501 ft-lb. Shaft power is 64 HP at 500 RPM and 128 HP at 1,000 RPM.
