The Chelsea 871 Series Power Take-Off, part number 871XCFJP-D5SC or 871XCFJPD5SC, is a 10-bolt PowerShift (hydraulic shift) PTO designed for Allison transmissions. The 871 Series delivers continuous torque capacity up to 670 lb-ft (908 N-m) with no derating required for continuous duty applications. Nine speed ratios and thirteen output options give installers a wide range of configurations to match pump and application requirements. The compact housing reduces clearance conflicts during installation. A ductile iron bearing cap, rated 117% stronger than gray iron, and an O-ring sealing configuration between the housing and bearing cap address the vibrational demands of modern engine designs. Optional Wet Spline pump flange, SmartStart, and Quiet Gear configurations make this one of the most versatile Chelsea PTO offerings available.
