The Chelsea 221 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 221XEAHX-W3XD or 221XEAHXW3XD, is a 6-bolt mounted PTO built for low-speed, heavy-duty applications including dump trucks, tow and recovery, and aerial equipment. It ships with a wire/cable mechanical shift and a 1-1/4" round output shaft with keyway. Intermittent torque rating for this series reaches 250 lb-ft (339 Nm); verify actual rating on the Chelsea application pages for your specific installation. Shaft power output is rated at 24 HP at 500 RPM and 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmission manufacturers include Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Hino, and others.
