The Muncie A20-A1008-HX11X or A20A1008HX11X is a medium-duty, clutch shift power take-off from the Muncie A20 Series, designed to mount on Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions via a 10-bolt interface. The A20 Series uses a proven clutch pack design with tapered roller bearings to extend PTO service life, and features an increased output shaft diameter for greater durability under sustained load. The shift cover allows 360-degree rotation, giving installers flexibility in tight mounting situations, and the rotatable pump flange adds further layout options. Extended-length PTO mounting fasteners and increased clearance around the unit simplify installation. The design incorporates reduced leak paths and a maximized gear profile for quieter operation.
