The Chelsea 221XCAJP-A3AZ or 221XCAJPA3AZ is a 6-bolt power take-off assembly from the Chelsea 221 Series, suited for low-speed, heavy-duty applications including dump trucks, tow and recovery, and aerial equipment. Shift type is wire/cable mechanical. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a key, and intermittent torque is rated up to 250 lb-ft (339 Nm) - verify your specific application in the Chelsea application guide. Shaft power output reaches 48 HP (36 kW) at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmissions include Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Hino, and other manufacturers. The cast iron housing is available in standard or low-profile configurations, and pump shafts are greaseable to reduce spline fretting and corrosion.
