The Chelsea 823XMAHX-M6XV or 823XMAHXM6XV is an extra heavy-duty 823 Series Power Take-Off built for high-torque applications including oil field equipment, logging, and pumper cleaner trucks. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and fits automatic and manual transmissions from Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Allison, and other manufacturers. Shift is lever/mechanical. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 Series companion flange. Intermittent torque rating for the 823 Series reaches 500 lb-ft (678 Nm); check application pages for the actual torque rating specific to your configuration.
