The Chelsea 897LEFJW-M5XY or 897LEFJWM5XY is a constant-mesh Power Take-Off Assembly engineered for Allison 3000 and 4000 Series transmissions. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and locates the SAE C output flange at the rear of the transmission, moving the pump interface rearward so the housing and gear section tuck tightly against the transmission for improved pump clearance. The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines found in PTO-plus-extension configurations. Wet Spline output technology is standard, extending shaft life under demanding duty cycles. Continuous-duty torque is rated at 670 ft-lb; intermittent torque exceeds 501 ft-lb. Output power exceeds 56 HP. A genuine Chelsea part from Pro Gear and Transmission.
