The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 823XRAHX-Y3XV or 823XRAHXY3XV, is Chelsea's extra heavy-duty PTO built for high-torque applications including oil field, logging, pumper cleaner trucks, and mining equipment. It mounts via an 8-bolt aperture and fits automatic and manual transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, and other manufacturers. The mechanical lever shift design delivers intermittent torque ratings up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm) - check application pages for confirmed torque ratings for your specific setup. Output is through a 1-1/2" 10-tooth spline with a 1410 Series companion flange, rated at 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. The cast iron housing features tapered cone bearings on the output shaft for maximum load-bearing capability. Call us to confirm proper fit for your transmission and application.
