The Muncie 82 Series Power Take-Off, part number 828D-KIT08-L1CX or 828DKIT08L1CX, is an 8-bolt heavy-duty unit built for demanding hydraulic and mechanical drive applications. Its double-acting air shift delivers positive engagement and disengagement, while the cast iron housing stands up to the high-cycle demands of vocational trucks. At speed ratio 08, this unit is rated at 85 H.P. and 450 lb.ft. intermittent torque (610 Nm) or 315 lb.ft. continuous torque (427 Nm) at 1,000 RPM. Seven direct-mount pump options cover S.A.E. "B," "BB," "C," and "D" flanges plus DIN 5462, and rotatable direct-mount flanges let you position the pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Also referenced as MU828DKIT08L1CX.
