Permatex High Strength Threadlocker RED, part number 27100, is a 6 ml anaerobic adhesive formulated for permanent locking of fasteners in the 3/8 inch to 1 inch (10 mm to 25 mm) diameter range. It adds 3,000 PSI holding power on slip and press fit assemblies, making it especially effective for permanently locking studs and press fits. The formula locks against vibration loosening and can replace set screws and snap rings in applicable assemblies. Removal may require heat or special tools.
