The Chelsea 282GPAJX-V3XD or 282GPAJXV3XD is a medium-duty hot shift Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 282 Series, designed for demanding continuous-duty applications. It mounts via an 8-bolt pattern and accepts pneumatic or PowerShift (pneumatic/hydraulic) actuation with an integral air valve. The 1-1/4" round output shaft uses a 5/16" key. Intermittent torque capacity spans 201-300 lb-ft (401-500 Nm), and the series supports continuous torque up to 300 lb-ft when the application allows. Shaft power output reaches 29 HP at 500 RPM and 57 HP at 1,000 RPM. Compatible transmissions include Allison, Volvo/Mack, Eaton/Fuller, and others. Typical applications include aerial, construction, towing and recovery, water trucks, and fuel oil delivery. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
