The Chelsea 863XBITX-Y5XV or 863XBITXY5XV is a forward-and-reverse Power Take-Off from the Chelsea 863 Series, built around an 8-bolt mounting aperture that fits most manual transmissions, including Eaton Fuller and Volvo/Mack configurations. Output is a 1410 Series companion flange with driveline-type output. Intermittent torque capacity reaches 500 lb-ft (678 Nm); continuous operation is supported with a 30% de-rating applied. Shift is mechanical lever type. The cast iron housing and heavy-duty ball bearings on the output shaft make this unit well-suited for maximum-duty reversible applications such as oil field winches and logging equipment.
