The Chelsea 249GMLLX-B4XP or 249GMLLXB4XP is a 249 Series Power Take-Off engineered specifically for the Ford 6R140 TorqShift 6 automatic transmission, with a 6-bolt Ford mounting pattern. The 249 Series carries an intermittent torque rating of up to 200 lb-ft (271 Nm) and delivers shaft power of 57 HP at 1,488 RPM. Shift actuation is hydraulic, and the unit features an integrated cartridge valve with a single hose connection that simplifies installation and reduces potential leak paths. Internal pressure lubrication keeps the unit running during continuous operation with a 30% de-rating. The series is available for both 2WD and 4WD applications, making it a fit for service trucks, aerial work, tow and recovery, and small dump trucks.
