The Muncie CS40-A1012-H3YX or CS40A1012H3YX is a heavy-duty clutch shift power take-off from the CS40/41 Series, designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 series and Caterpillar CX transmissions. This 10-bolt unit features precision ground gears for quiet, high-torque operation and oversized bearings throughout. The SAE "C" and DIN 5462 direct mount flanges are rotatable, letting you position the driven pump for maximum clearance in tight installations. Two assembly arrangements allow the PTO to mount shaft-high or shaft-low on either side of the transmission. A 1410-series remote mount output shaft supports remote pump drives, and standard pressure lubrication is built in at no extra cost. Fire pump applications are rated to a maximum output speed of 4,000 RPM. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
