The Chelsea 221 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 221XCAHX-W3XD or 221XCAHXW3XD, is a 6-bolt mounted PTO designed for low-speed, heavy-duty vocational applications including dump trucks, tow and recovery, and aerial equipment. It uses a wire/cable mechanical shift and accepts a 1-1/4" round output shaft with keyway.
