The Muncie CS40-A1007-H1CX or CS40A1007H1CX is a 10-bolt, heavy-duty clutch shift power take-off from Muncie's CS40/41 Series. Designed for Allison 3000 and 4000 series and Caterpillar CX transmissions, it uses precision ground gears for quiet operation at high torque. The unit includes a 1410 series remote mount output shaft for remote pump drives, plus S.A.E. "C" and DIN 5462 direct mount flanges that fit most pumps requiring high power input. Two assembly arrangements allow mounting shaft-high or shaft-low on either side of the transmission. Standard pressure lubrication is built in. Maximum output speed reaches 4,000 RPM on fire pump applications. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
