The Muncie 8405A-09-P3KX (also referenced as 8405A09P3KX) is a ductile iron power take-off from Muncie Power Products' 8405A Series, engineered to handle high vibration environments at an economical cost. This unit carries speed ratio 09 and is rated at 205 ft-lb intermittent torque and 144 ft-lb continuous torque at 1,000 RPM, delivering 39 intermittent HP. Engagement is handled by an integral air shift. The housing features an integral 8-bolt mounting pad and accepts an SAE B or SAE B-B pump mounting flange in 2- or 4-bolt configuration, with an optional 1-1/4" output shaft.
