The Chelsea 892 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 892HDFJW-B5XS or 892HDFJWB5XS, is a hydraulic PowerShift PTO engineered specifically for Allison 3000 MD and 4000 HD Series transmissions, including the 4700. It mounts via a 10-bolt pattern and relocates the pump output to the rear of the transmission, tucking the housing tightly between the transmission and frame rail for improved pump clearance. The output uses an SAE C flange with a Wet Spline output shaft, extending pump spline life in demanding duty cycles. Continuous torque rating reaches up to 670 ft-lbs (verify against application pages for your specific installation). The one-piece main shaft eliminates the input splines found in PTO-plus-extension setups. Common applications include aerial trucks, fire and rescue, refuse trucks, and truck cranes.
