The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off, part number 823XDAHX-Y5XV or 823XDAHXY5XV, is an extra heavy-duty 8-bolt PTO designed for high-torque applications including oil field equipment, logging, pumper/cleaner trucks, and mining. It uses a lever/mechanical shift and delivers 95 HP at 1,000 RPM (48 HP at 500 RPM). Intermittent torque rating is up to 500 lb-ft (678 Nm) -- verify actual rating against Chelsea application pages for your specific configuration. The output shaft is a 1-1/2"-10T spline with a 1410 Series companion flange. The cast iron housing uses tapered cone bearings on the output shaft for greater load-bearing capability. Compatible with Allison, Eaton/Fuller, and Volvo/Mack transmissions, among others. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
