The Eaton Fuller K-3280 or K3280 is a Top 2 Retrofit Kit designed for RTLO-20918B and RTLO-20918B-T2 transmissions. This kit contains all components needed to retrofit the Top 2 shift system, including a Top 2 valve assembly (A-7188), two T-2 brackets (691354 and 691355), a wiring harness (691356), red and blue NFLO tubing, a breather, straight and elbow connectors, shift valve medallions, shift diagram labels, adhesive sealant, plain washers, and an assortment of mounting screws.
