The Muncie Hydrocar PTO 30 Series M65, part number 38406A-07-A3KX or 38406A07A3KX, is a speed-ratio-07 power takeoff built around a ductile iron housing with an integral 8-bolt transmission mounting pad. Shift is handled by an integral air shift mechanism. The pump mounting flange accepts SAE "B" or SAE "B-B" 2- or 4-bolt configurations, with an optional 1-1/4" output shaft available. An inspection port allows backlash adjustment in the field, and a drain port is included. At ratio 07, intermittent torque is 230 ft-lb (312 Nm) and continuous torque is 161 ft-lb (218 Nm) at 44 intermittent HP at 1,000 RPM. This unit covers three popular speed ratios equivalent to the TG8S-U6807, TG8S-U6808, and TG8S-U6809 PTOs. Call us to confirm proper fit for your transmission and application.
