The Muncie Hydrocar 38405A-08-A3KX or 38405A08A3KX is a 30 Series U68 power takeoff built around a ductile iron housing with an integral 8-bolt mounting pad. It carries an intermittent torque rating of 225 ft-lb and is configured for the "08" speed ratio, one of three popular ratios in this series that correspond to the TG8S-U6807, U6808, and U6809 PTOs. The pump mounting flange accepts SAE "B" or SAE "B-B" 2- or 4-bolt configurations, with an optional 1-1/4" output shaft. Integral air shift, a drain port, and an inspection port for backlash adjustment are all built in. Call us to confirm proper fit for your application.
