The Chelsea 221ZCAHX-W3XR or 221ZCAHXW3XR is a 6-bolt Power Take-Off assembly from the 221 Series, built for low-speed, heavy-duty applications including dump trucks, tow and recovery, and aerial equipment. It uses wire/cable mechanical shift and mounts to transmissions from Allison, Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Hino, and other manufacturers. The 1-1/4" round output shaft accepts a keyway and delivers up to 48 HP at 1,000 RPM. The cast iron housing supports a 250 lb-ft intermittent torque rating (verify actual rating on the Chelsea application pages), and tapered cone output bearings handle greater load than needle-bearing designs.
