The Chelsea 823 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 823XJAHX-Y5XV or 823XJAHXY5XV, is built for extra heavy-duty applications including oil field, logging, and pumper/cleaner trucks. It mounts via an 8-bolt aperture and fits Eaton/Fuller, Volvo/Mack, Allison, and other transmission manufacturers. The lever/mechanical shift unit delivers up to 500 lb-ft intermittent torque (check application pages for actual torque ratings for your specific installation). Output is through a 1-1/2" 10-spline shaft with a 1410 Series companion flange, rated at 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. The cast iron housing features tapered cone bearings on the output shaft for superior load-bearing capacity. A genuine Chelsea part from Pro Gear and Transmission.
