The Chelsea 823XBABX-A5XV or 823XBABXA5XV is a heavy-duty 823 Series Power Take-Off assembly designed for high-torque applications including oil field, logging, and pumper/cleaner trucks. It mounts via an 8-bolt aperture and fits transmissions from Eaton/Fuller, Allison, Volvo/Mack, and other manufacturers. The lever/mechanical shift drives a 1-1/2 inch 10-tooth spline output with a 1410 series companion flange. Intermittent torque is rated at 500 lb-ft (check application pages for actual torque ratings). Shaft power is 48 HP at 500 RPM and 95 HP at 1000 RPM. The cast iron housing incorporates tapered cone bearings on the output shaft for load-bearing capacity suited to demanding cycles. Call us to confirm proper fit for your transmission and application.
