The Muncie 828S-KIT05-L1EX or 828SKIT05L1EX is an 82 Series power take-off built for high-torque, heavy-duty truck applications. This unit operates on the 05 speed ratio, rated at 95 HP and up to 500 lb.ft. intermittent torque (350 lb.ft. continuous) at 1,000 RPM, making it suited for high-volume hydraulic pumps and high-CFM blowers. Shift is double-acting air, providing positive engagement and disengagement. The cast iron housing supports seven direct-mount pump flange options, including S.A.E. B, BB, C, D, and DIN 5462 mounts, with rotatable flanges for pump positioning. Two companion flange output types cover remote pump and mechanical drive setups.
