This cover fits over the hand hole opening in the clutch housing, keeping the housing sealed during operation while allowing technicians to remove it when direct access is needed. The part number 14506 is an Eaton Fuller OEM designation. Note: a separate SKF part also carries the number 14506 and is an output shaft seal for light-duty Dodge and Mitsubishi applications, that part is unrelated.
