The Chelsea 863 Series Power Take-Off Assembly, part number 863XBDAX-Y5XV or 863XBDAXY5XV, is a heavy-duty forward and reverse PTO built for maximum-duty applications on manual transmissions with 8-bolt mounting openings, including Eaton Fuller and Mack/Volvo platforms. The output is a 1410 Series companion flange, and shift is mechanical lever type. Intermittent torque rating for the 863 Series reaches 500 lb-ft (678 Nm); continuous operation is supported with a 30% de-rating applied. The cast iron housing and heavy-duty ball bearings on the output shaft are series-characteristic features suited to oil field and logging mechanical winch work.
