The Muncie SH8D-S6812-P1BX (also sold as SH8DS6812P1BX) is an SH8 Series medium-duty power takeoff with an integral air shift design that keeps the air cylinder fully enclosed in the housing. The 8-bolt cast iron housing mounts to a wide range of transmissions, backed by 17 input gear sets covering most popular gearboxes. Five speed ratios and 12 output shaft options give this unit flexibility across hydraulic pump applications. Intermittent torque ratings reach 400 lb-ft (542 Nm) at the lower speed ratios, with continuous ratings down to 228 lb-ft (309 Nm) at the higher ratios. Available at Pro Gear and Transmission.
