  1. Read the model number off the tag on your PTO. The first digits are the series. For example, a 489XFAHX-A3XK is a Chelsea 489 Series PTO.
  2. Open the parts manual for that series. The exploded view shows every component, and the parts list next to it gives the Chelsea part number for each one.
  3. Search that part number on this site and order online.

Where do I find my Chelsea PTO model number?

It is on the metal identification tag on the PTO housing. Have the full model number ready when you call, because two PTOs from the same series can use different gears, shafts and shift parts.

My Chelsea PTO series is discontinued. Can I still get parts?

In many cases, yes. Parker Chelsea replaced the 280 Series with the 281 Series, the 870 Series with the 871 Series and the 440 Series with the 442 Series, and many repair parts for the older units are still available. Call (877) 776-4600 with your model number and we will check parts availability or match you to the current replacement PTO.
